Banger Drums joins forces with Wild Africa and OAS1SONE and over 100 African singer-songwriters in a historic first-ever a world tour series of Music for Wildlife Concerts, to lend their voices in support of wildlife conservation, raise awareness for climate change and plastics pollution, and have their messaging, voices, music and live performances broadcast across several Pan African and global platforms.

Banger Drums, a rising star in theNamibian music scene, is renowned for his unique blend of traditional African rhythms with modern electronic beats. Skilled in drumming, producing, and DJing, his music fuses afro house, techno, and tribal rhythms, creating a sound that is energetic and deeply rooted in Namibian culture. Born and raised in Namibia, Banger Drums developed a passion for music early on, inspired by traditional drumming in his community.

As a teenager, he began merging his drumming skills with electronic music production, crafting a distinctive style.His live performances, characterized by energetic drumming and infectious beats, quickly gained him recognition, making him a sought-after DJ at local clubs and festivals and earning him an online following. Influenced by artists like Black Coffee, Culoe De Song, and Da Capo, Banger Drums' music combines traditional African drumming with modern electronic elements, resulting in hypnotic melodies and driving beats.

His innovative DJ sets often feature live drumming, adding an organic touch to his electronic soundscapes. Actively releasing music and performing live, he has built a growing fanbase, with his EPs and singles receiving praise from fans and critics alike. Collaborations with Namibian artists have further cemented his reputation as a versatile musician. Looking ahead, Banger Drums plans to release more music, collaborate with international artists, and mentor young musicians, aspiring to become a leading figure in the African electronic music scene and celebrating Namibia’s rich musical heritage.
